Classic BMW has a terrible service department. Recommend getting your service done else where. My 2 years of experience with them has allowed me to experience (multiple times) unprofesssional and rude treatment of loyal customers, especially in the form of trying to sell you maintences that you dont need by lying to you. Lack of ethical business practices combined with the feeling you are being treated unfairly; You are better off getting your car done at other BMW dealership or independent shops.
